Sergey Krivosheev — Chairman of the Board. Along with CEO Artem Bektemirov, Mr. Krivosheev founded the Company in 1991. He is also Chairman of the Russian Association of Pharmacy Chains. Education: Degree in Economics; Doctor, Pharmaceutical Science, I.M. Sechenov Moscow Medical Academy. Education: Degree in International Commercial Law (MGIMO).
