Bank of Moscow and Vneshtorgbank organise syndicated loan for Pharmacy Chain 36.6

28 SEPTEMBER 2005, MOSCOW – The Bank of Moscow and Vneshtorgbank have organised a two-currency syndicated loan for OAO Pharmacy Chain 36.6.

The syndicated loan will be made in two tranches.  One of them is a 2-year tranche amounting to 1 billion rubles at an interest rate of 13.5%. The other is a 3-year tranche amounting to $50 million at an interest rate of LIBOR+5.25%.

The Bank of Moscow acted as the organiser, coordinator, creditor and agent of the syndicated loan.  Vneshtorgbank acted as co-organiser and collateral agent.

Other organisers are Russian Commercial Bank (Cyprus), Bank UralSib, Alfa-Bank and the Bank of Khanty-Mansiysk.  The co-organisers are Lipetskkombank and the International Bank of Moscow.  The lead managers are International Investment Bank and NOMOS-bank, and the managers are Promsvyazbank and Roseximbank.  The participants in the loan are Nefteprombank and Eesti Krediidipank.
