Troika Dialog Asset Management and Pharmacy Chain 36.6 announce joint deal

OCTOBER 26, 2005, MOSCOW — Troika Dialog Asset Management’s closed mutual fund Commercial Real Estate has closed another deal.

On October 26, 2005, the Commercial Real Estate fund and Pharmacy Chain 36.6 finalized a sale and purchase contract on one of Pharmacy Chain’s premises. The property acquired by the fund is located in the center of Moscow at bld. 4-1, Strastnoi Boulevard. According to the agreement reached between the parties, the property will be let on a 14-year lease to Pharmacy Chain 36.6.

“We are very happy to announce that the fund has registered a new piece of property. In quite a short period of time, we have managed to close another real estate deal,” says Pavel Teplukhin, President of Troika Dialog Asset Management. “I think this deal is the beginning of long-term cooperation between our company and Pharmacy Chain 36.6.”

“The sale and purchase contract for this property was signed on August 31, 2005,” says Ekaterina Konstantinova, Director of Troika Dialog Asset Management real estate funds. “The Commercial Real Estate fund has now acquired an attractive piece of real estate located on one of the city’s high streets.”

“This project is in line with the company’s strategy to further concentrate on retail,” says Artyom Bektemirov, CEO of Pharmacy Chain 36.6. “The deal allows us to free up funds for the future development of the chain.”
