FFMS to register Pharmacy Chain 36.6 bonds issue

JUNE 02, 2006 — The Federal Financial Markets Service (FFMS) of Russia has registered the issue and the prospectus of documentary interest-bearing non-convertable payable on demand bonds of the 01 series of OAO Pharmacy Chain 36.6. The bonds issue amounts to 3 billion roubles, represented by 3 million bonds at par value of one thousand roubles each.
