FFMS to register Pharmacy Chain 36.6 bonds issue report

AUGUST 8, 2006 — The Federal Financial Markets Service (FFMS) of Russia has registered the issue report of documentary interest-bearing non-convertablepayable on demand bonds of the 01 series of OAO Pharmacy Chain 36.6.

The bonds issue amounts to 3 billion roubles,represented by 3 million bonds at par value of one thousand roubles each. OAO Pharmacy Chain 36.6 bonds issue is to be distributed through an open subscription. The register number of the bonds issue is 4-01-07335-A dated June 1, 2006.
